As the world continues to grapple with the enormous scale and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Navigate remain steadfast in minimizing any business disruption to our customers and patients despite these challenging times. Our leadership team has been closely monitoring the situation, following all CDC recommendations and guidelines. We have activated our business continuity plans to establish precautions that keep our facility a safe environment for our associates while we continue to provide the same level of service that you expect from us. Highlighted below are some precautionary measures currently in place:
Implemented flex-work model for the majority of our associates in an effort to reduce personnel density at our site.
Critical and lab based personnel continue to work onsite and additional measures have been implemented to promote their health and safety
Sick associates along with any associates with ill family members have been directed to stay at home
All personnel are adhering to governmental travel advice
Since countries in Europe and Asia have closed land borders and multiple international carriers have either drastically reduced or suspended flights, the delivery of samples from your investigator sites could be impacted. We are presently monitoring the potential impact of COVID-19 on timelines and deliverables and will keep you apprised as more information becomes available. We remain committed to not only our mission of improving and extending patient lives but also in supporting you, our valued customers, in your very important work, and we appreciate your partnership as we jointly navigate this current crisis. Our Project Managers will be in close communication with you to provide additional information regarding your projects with us to ensure alignment with your critical priorities. Thank you for continuing to trust us.
